This is designed to be taught over 18 lessons. There are 3 sections per science, which should be taught over 2 lessons. There are marking grids, differentiated worksheets/activities, and homework for each section.
The over arching idea is that an old coal power station is being decomissioned, so a new power source needs to be developed on a currently undeveloped site. Biology focuses on biodiversity/food chains etc, chemistry looks at the atmosphere and combustion and physics focuses on the different types of energy resources available.
