A one hour introductory lesson for GCSE English creative writing coursework. This piece was based on Tatamkhulu Afrika's poem 'Nothing's Changed' where students wrote in role of the persona in the poem. This lesson also introduces 'sentence success' - an initiative to aid students' use of grammar and punctuation. This lesson focuses on semi-colons and colons.
