Great AfL activity for Maths. A randomly generated self marking worksheet. A macro enabled worksheet that will change colour if the student is correct. Nice for a VLE, Starter / Plenary or an ICT lesson. Make sure you enable macros and turn on 2 add ins in the tools menu. - Analysis toolpack - Analsis toolpack - vba

I love this resource and have recently used with my 2nd set Year 10 class. It's great that you can check your work as you progress through the sheet (by seeing if the cells go yellow) and being able to generate new questions is great for revision/practice. I've e-mailed all my students this sheet so they can complete a set of questions for homework (writing the questions and their eventual answers in their books). Thanks.

A very useful resource based on the topic of standard form. It requires the pupils to input an answer and if they get it correct, the colour of the answer box changes. Ideal to give to pupils to work on in an ICT lesson or as a homework. I like this because it gives instant feedback in terms of the answer being right or not, so pupils will know how they are doing.
