La Segunda República: reforms and progress (A-level Spanish)

This resource is designed for A-level Spanish students and explores the key reforms and social changes introduced during the Second Spanish Republic (1931–1936).

Created to mark 14th April, the proclamation of the Republic, this lesson focuses on the period as one of modernisation, progress and the expansion of rights, rather than simply as a precursor to the Civil War.
