Leadership Lessons for Grades 4–8 is a focused, no-prep 3-page leadership lesson pack that guides students through real-world decision-making, reflection, and personal growth. This resource helps students slow down, think critically, and understand how their choices affect others—key skills for upper elementary and middle school learners.

Students begin with a Leadership Decision Path page, where they identify a situation, brainstorm multiple options, and select the strongest leadership choice. This structured format encourages thoughtful reasoning rather than impulsive decisions and works well with classroom scenarios, group issues, or real-life situations students face at school.

The second page focuses on Reflection and Impact, asking students to consider who is affected, short- and long-term outcomes, and which leadership values are demonstrated, such as responsibility, fairness, respect, and integrity. This page supports meaningful discussion and aligns well with SEL and character education goals.

The final page emphasizes Growth and Next Steps, helping students identify leadership skills used, areas for improvement, and future actions they can take. Together, the three pages form a complete leadership lesson that can be used as a stand-alone activity, small-group discussion tool, or ongoing reflection resource throughout the school year.

This pack is ideal for Grades 4–8, advisory periods, leadership groups, SEL instruction, classroom meetings, or restorative conversations. Pages may be used together as a full lesson or individually as needed.
