I used this as a first lesson on the benefits of sport. After a brainstorming we studied the article in class (vocab, main ideas etc) and compared with their ideas. It was also good to show them how the article explained and developed the ideas that they had put forward.
Then I showed the video from "Un jour, une actu" that I used with the Quizlet cards. Students watched the video and sorted the cards in order in which they were mentionned on the video. They had to identify the one card which was not on the video but in the article.
Finally, they matched the French and the English cards.
