This reflective GCSE Astronomy lesson brings together learners’ practical observation, recording and presentation work. Learners compare weak and justified conclusions, identify reliability issues and limitations, evaluate the strengths and challenges of their own observation, and practise giving feedback that is kind, specific and actionable. The lesson finishes with each learner selecting one achievable next step and explaining when and how it will improve a future observation.
