This pack contains materials for a Science of Reading multisensory approach for older children with reading and writing difficulties to learn about the differences between lowercase letters p, g, and q. I created this because I found it almost impossible to find materials which felt fun and not too babyish.
The main component is a fully illustrated 19 page book packed with multisensory approaches for remembering each letter, all wrapped up in a fun story with silly characters. This can be used as an anchor text alongside the additional components in the pack or with any other materials you want to use. I have also used the OpenDyslexic font to support dyslexic readers and increase legibility.

Letter reversal b / d / g / p / q bundle
This bundle all of my "Mirror Friends" phonics resources for letter reversal. I designed this to be suitable for slightly older children with reading difficulties (e.g. dyslexia). The OpenDyslexic font is used throughout. It takes an SOR aligned, multisensory approach which combines visual mnemonics, letter formation, and mouth formation. Worksheets also show the letters written in different fonts so students can practice identifying the key features of each letter.
