This is a publisher file. Not very useful as now I can't open it. Surely word or another more common format would have been more useful or the unusual file format should have been made very clear. <br />

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback. I didn't realise that the document being a publisher file would be a problem. I used it as I find it easier to move boxes around the page etc. I will go back through the descriptions of all my publisher files and clearly state to ensure that this doesn't happen again. If I could refund your money I would. However, I did receive a credit code from TES today for £3. Please use this as a way of compensation. However, it is only valid for today so be quick.
