Macbeth context questions - witch hunts

This resource uses an article from the BBC on 17th Century witch hunts to enforce students’ ‘Macbeth’ contextual knowledge. It is titled ‘The Horrors of the 17th Century Witch Hunts’ and can be found on the BBC Cambridgeshire website. (It is the first page listed if ‘bbc cambridgeshire the horrors of the 17th century witch hunts’ is put into the search bar on a web browser).

Two of the questions are modelled on AQA GCSE Language Paper 2 Questions 1 and 3 to support revision of non-fiction analysis. The remaining four are comprehension style questions.
