Make Friends with Mr Potato Head is an EYFS friendship and inclusion resource designed to encourage child-led play, meaningful conversations and positive relationships.
Children create their own unique Potato Head characters while exploring similarities, differences, friendship, kindness and belonging. The accompanying adult oracy prompts help practitioners extend children’s thinking through open-ended questions about what makes us different, what we have in common and how we can make others feel welcome.
The pack includes activity visuals, a “different features” visual, adult oracy prompts, and 2-person and 4-person collaborative play station signs.
