This document contains a link which will automatically make you a copy of a google sheet based markbook for AAQ Medical Science Unit 2
Purple tabs:
- Markbook with all the LO’s including maximum marks per section
- An Observation record sheet with built in phrases (selected from Y (1) or N (2) or as written in top bar and changeable in the ‘Obs Rec Statements’ red tab
- Time record sheet in minutes per activity per student
Green Tabs:
Can be used to select a student by number in cell G1:
- Printable individual mark record sheet
- Printable Observation record (with suggested evidence locations)
- Printable Candidate time sheet (auto converts from mins to hours and mins)
You will receive on the document download link which will automatically make you a copy of this document in google sheets (a free app from google). Opening in Excel may lose some functionality and I cannot guarantee it will work in this format.

This is a great spreadsheet that gives structure for recording the marks and keeping track of the progress of completion for the Unit 2 NEA. It's been really helpful for me, as it is the first year running the course. I'll be looking out for another one for Unit 3!
