Mastering the Classroom - Effective Behaviour Management Techniques

I recently did a staff CPD Session for some of the student teachers around behaviour management techniques and some strategies that can be used in order to have a calm and effective learning environment in the classroom.

It is mainly an overview and when delivering the CPD session I obviously talked more in depth about the main theories within the presentation which are -

Canter’s Assertive Discipline Theory
Goleman’s Emotion Intelligence Theory
