A set of 6 mindfulness and wellbeing lessons - cross curricular links with P.E and Art. This could be used effectively as a PDMU mid term planner.

This set of 6 detailed lesson plans includes worksheets and resources.

It aims to teach children the meaning of mindfulness, improve focus, improve confidence and self-esteem as well as allow them to explore their creativity and talk about feelings. It introduces a variety of mindfulness strategies and breathing techniques that all children can benefit from, especially those with anxieties.
