This is an addition lesson based around the very popular game Minecraft.

The idea behind it is that children need to solve the addition problems in order to find out where the items are on the map. Once they find out the answer from the question they can stick the object onto the corresponding answer located on the map.

Take a look, it'll make more sense i promise :)

My class loved it! They didn't want it to end.

Very excited to use this with my year 5 class. I will change the questions to 4-digit by 4-digit numbers. Thanks
