This is a new lesson which I've done with a few groups and has proved to be very effective. The pupils need to read the article and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of having a mobile phone mast erected at their school, but halfway through the lesson it is advisable to change students perspective by telling them they have to represent different stakeholder groups e.g. one group could be students, another the 3G Management team.
