These question-led money posters are designed to support discussion, critical thinking, and pupil voice during a money or financial education block.
Each poster poses an open-ended question that encourages children to share prior knowledge, explore real-life contexts, and record their own ideas through writing, drawing, or collaborative discussion. They work well as:
write-on thinking posters
carousel or rotation tasks
whole-class discussion prompts
assessment for learning tools to surface misconceptions
The questions guide learners through key concepts such as where money comes from, what money is, why it matters, how people get money, how it is used, and how to make thoughtful spending decisions.
How to use:
Display one poster at a time to introduce or revisit a concept
Use all posters as a learning walk or rotation activity
Revisit posters at the end of the block to reflect on changed thinking
