This pack of music teacher essentials includes a variety of manipulatives for you to use in your classroom with your students.

Included is:
-A full pitched percussion instrument with moveable bars that plays the correct pitch when a bar is tapped. Included on the side are F#s and B flat, just like on your student’s xylophones, metallophones, and glockenspiels. Use to show the setup of instruments, demo a melody, or show borduns.
-A color-coded Do-Do’ set of solfege cards, all moveable, with hand signs included with which to cue your students.
-A set of moveable solfege cards that extends down to Low So for use with your older students.
-A body percussion creator, so you or your students can choose four beat body percussion rhythms to use as a class.
-A three line staff which which to show simple melody building with your younger classes.
-A simple five line staff to demonstrate simple melody building with your older classes.
-A five line staff with a variety of rhythm types so as to demonstrate melodies, write music, or guide your students through simple music writing or analysis.
-Heartbeat rhythm creators for younger and older students
-Time signatures demonstrated in heartbeats (4/4, 2/4, 3/4, 6/8)
-Many of the non-pitched percussion instruments in your classroom, separated into families. Would be fun to do as an instrument sort with your students, or use to show instrument families, or to assign instruments to students.
-Orchestral instruments divided into families, with pictures and names included. Would be good as an instrument sorting activity, or as a visual guide for students.
