A one week unit for a Year 2 class based on the poem ‘My Shadow’ by Robert Louis Stevenson.
The aim of this unit is to enable the children to perform part of or all of the poem.
The planning looks at the rhyme in the poem, its vocabulary before thinking about adding actions and drawings to assist in remembering the words.
