Narrative- Receiving a howler

This unit a short week unit. It delves into the receiving of a Howler and using parenthesis to add information, dialogue to advance the action and evoke emotion. It was a fun unit to teach involving some silly planning and a lot of collaboration. there is the basis to extend this unit and include other skills. Previously we have done it as a two week unit but this shorter unit worked due to a shift in timetable and the return to school.
