Nature Detective Passport Activity

This is a lesson plan that I did for Science Day for children from Years 2-6 to work together to participate in finding out about plants, animals and habitats in our school grounds or Forest School area. There are 4 activities for the children to work through on the passport. The passport is included as a word and PDF document. Nature detective, fungi finder, plant spotter and bug hunter. They get a sticker on their passport for each activity they complete. The stickers need printing on 2 x 7 sheets and I have included them as a word and PDF document. The activities are suited to our school grounds in late winter/early spring (March)… so might need adapting slightly to suit your own site/time of year.
