This resource has been designed to provide one lesson a week of spelling revision and instruction for Yr 7 and 8. However, the resource could be used with KS4 as revision or starter sessions. The scheme helps build vocabulary skills as well as spelling skills. This is to help the students prepare for the KS4 exams.
The main lessons are meant to accompany weekly homework of learning and testing key words as well as a weekly AFL session on the students' class books. The lessons run in order but could be changed to suit particular weaknesses in a group.
I have also included various worksheets which can be used alongside the main PowerPoint. These have been designed to fit in a typical class book.
