This lesson is split into 2 parts and introduces pupils to the Osmosis required practical during which they investigate osmosis in potatoes. When conducting this I found the results were very hit and miss so in future I will probably cheat and have the technicians replace the potato cores before the lesson with potatoes cut to the 'expected' sizes!
