Update - the newspaper article is available in my shop now

This is a lesson which I've done with a few groups and it is easily adaptable to any school. The pupils need to read the article and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of having a nuclear plant next to their school, but halfway through the lesson it is advisable to change students perspective by telling them they have to represent different stakeholder groups. It has worked extremely well in the past and some students have actually thought the nuclear plant was a genuine proposal, so it's a good idea to make it clear that it';s not true at the end of your lesson.
