This is less of a resource and more of an idea (not my own). I place the yellow answers on seven different tables before the lessons, when the pupils enter the room - they take a question off me at random and go find their answer.
Helps group the pupils randomly, and allows pupils to start developing the skills to work with 'anyone&', rather than their friends all the time.
I have also used it with Equivalent Fractions/Ratios, Solving Equations - find x =.... etc.
