Panic attacks and mental health PSHE KS3

This lesson lasts approx 45 mins. It’s for Years 7 and 8 ideally.

There’s no requirement to write - just debating and discussion in pairs/ groups. A mixture of small discussion, video observation and direct information.

In this lesson, students will learn:

What panics are; what they look and feel like; how to manage their own or someone else’s panic attack; where to go for help if needed.
