I love this as an activity to use in the beginning of the year with my 7th grade pre-algebra students. It will help me to assess levels of knowledge and problem-solving that my students are bringing with them into our class. Plus this is a great way to generate primes and something ALL students will be able to do as we evaluate expressions during the fist marking period. I look forward to trying this next week!
