Phase 5 Letters and Sounds Segmenting and Blending Quick Reading Activities

This Phase 5 resource follows the Letters and Sounds order of teaching. Each sheet contains real decodable words with a sentence at the end. Some sheets also include alien words. The words and sentences are in the open dyslexia font.

Students read the decodable words and can add sound buttons if they wish. Alien words are indicated by a picture of an alien. Finish by reading the sentence at the end. Tricky words/common exception words are indicated by a colour.
