This worksheet gets the pupils to consider a variety of changes and decide, whether each is physical or chemical. It is good for stimulating discussion during the activity and afterwards, when discussing the answers. If possible, start with a demonstration of egg frying, and melting an ice cube, and get them to consider if we can change either back to how it was at the beginning. Perhaps cooking the egg in a microwave to make scrambled egg will work just as well if you can borrow the staffroom microwave - sharing out the scrambled (or fried) egg afterwards always goes down well too.
