1. A poetry card sort with terms, definitions and examples. Answer sheet included for easy assessment and muddled version to be cut up without the students being able to ‘put the piece of A4 back together’ which they do like to try!
2. A PEA card sort, linked to ‘Porphyria’s Lover’ by Browning. Can be used without having studied the poem using logic. Has an answer sheet for easy assessment.
3. A scaffold for planning and writing a comparative essay in an exam or for a class assessment. Some bonus questions at the start which link to the Place section of the AQA anthology, but the rest is generic.
