Potential divider for IGCSE Physics 0625 CIE Unit 4

This lesson starts with a quick recap on ohms law for a series circuit. It then looks at how a variable resistor can be used to adjust the voltage across a component, before introducing the potential divider formula. Then practical circuits are examined, looking at applications such as using an LDR as part of potential divider so that a bulb only turns on when it is dark.
