Log book for practical work originally designed for the BTEC Level 2 Applied Science Unit 9 where students need to research, devise, carry out and critically analyse, conclude and evaluate their own project.
The log book was designed to be completed in class and as homework to guide students through the criteria within the brief.
There are check points for the teacher to sign off throughout the booklet and a student submission form to complete at the end of the booklet before submission.
Could be adapted for use on other courses e.g. for practice GCSE ISAs etc.
