I taught this as an adapted SOLO taxonomy lesson, I have numbers 1, 2, 3 and the word genius on A3 sheets around the room. Pupils put their name on a post-it notes and stick it to the task that they are currently completing, lift the worksheet and when completed move on to the next task independently. This is suitable for A-level biology as an introduction to or recap to protein structure, it is also suitable for BTEC Applied Science the biochemistry module.
