This engaging, off-timetable PSHCE and wellbeing project challenges students to develop a campaign, initiative, or programme that promotes inclusion, belonging, and positive school culture.

Working collaboratively in teams, students will identify barriers to inclusion within their school community and create innovative solutions to address them. The project encourages students to consider a range of real-world issues, including support for new students, neurodiversity, cultural diversity, disability awareness, language barriers, social exclusion, and, where appropriate, LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Included in this pack:

  • Detailed project overview and learning objectives
  • Comprehensive staff guidance and delivery notes
  • Clear student instructions and task materials
  • Resources designed for easy implementation during an off-timetable day

Throughout the challenge, students will develop key skills such as teamwork, communication, leadership, problem-solving, creativity, and presentation skills. Teams will pitch their ideas and recommendations, encouraging student voice and active participation in shaping a more inclusive school environment.

Suitable for: KS3, KS4 and KS5 (adaptable to different age groups)

Ideal for:
