This is a reactive PSHCE lesson on “vaping” for September 2025, created shortly after the Bath University study where the drug “spice” was found in 1/4 vapes.

The Powerpoint can be used as a lesson or a virtual assembly as it is both informative and interactive. Other resources are not required for this.

Essentially it covers the law surrounding vapes, health risks and now the added inclusion of “spice”. There is also a video link to show the dangers of vaping with a real life story.

This is suitable for year 7-11.

I am the subject lead for PSHCE at my school and believe a reactive curriculum is essential to tackle up to date issues and concerns facing young people today. I will be uploading many of my reactive lessons to help support a reactive curriculum in secondary schools.
