This pack contains five short, discussion‑based PSHE tutor‑time sessions designed specifically for Year 7.

Each session is fully ready to deliver, requires no specialist knowledge, and takes 10–20 minutes, making them ideal for daily/weekly tutor periods or quick PSHE inputs led by non‑specialists.

The sessions cover key Year‑7‑appropriate themes including friendships, self‑image, decision making, communication, and respectful behaviour. All materials are visual, simple, and structured around a single clear question to make delivery smooth and low‑prep.
