Here is a punch card which can be used as a reward tracker in the aims of a bigger reward. When your pupil shows great behaviour or does an amazing piece of work, punch a hole in their card. Once they have 10 holes then they can recieve the their reward. It could perhaps be 5 minutes extra play, iPad time or chance to pick something out of your reward box!
I’ve included the PDF and the powerpoint, in which there are 4 per page when I have printed to get my ideal size.
