A pupil Passport to travel with a pupil throughout education to support needs that are connected to bereavement.
This document works well in conjunction with a school bereavement policy, and supports the personalised needs of a pupil including significant dates, values, external links, and is reviewed with changes or transitions to new teachers. Follows a SEND format for ease of use, and is a live working document for a pupil and their family to avoid repetition of conversations or reminders of key events.
