Simple little excel sheet I made. There are two columns for name and surname, then for each unit you enter the data you want on presentation, effort, classwork, homeworks and test results.
It will calculate averages for you automatically and let you know who the stand out pupils are in terms of average results.
Up on the top right there is a 3 by 2 section that lets you adjust the weightings of test results, homework and classwork, just make sure it adds up to 1.0!
