A very good idea, but there is a spelling mistake and we can't print the document off.

Can you identify the spelling mistake, please? As for printing, I've just downloaded the file and printed off a copy. You may have to click the "enable editing" button first in Word, which always flags up files originating on the Internet. If there is a general printing problem, I will consider replacing this Word file with a PDF file.
