Range of reading and writing booklets

Each booklet contains 5 days worth of activities and lessons.

They have all been carefully crafted and are based on research strategies including Didau’s technical writing, Rosenshine’s principles for instruction, Jennifer Webb’s Teach like a writer.

There are a range of extracts and reading material which lead to comprehension to allow to check for understanding/ a range of models for both reading questions and writing/ varied content and concepts which link to the GCSE.

Interwoven themes of social responsibility, oppression, dystopia, poverty etc throughout.

The booklets all include mark schemes from AQA to allow pupils to self assess.
