Some videos I made to recap the way I teach ratio with pictures for my students. I find that teaching it this way allows students to develop the skills they need to solve problems rather than having to learn all of the different ways to work with ratios as numbers. It requires a good understanding of drawing and shading fractions first, and an understanding of how equivalent fractions can be made by adding rows to your pictures.
