A collection of resources for a lesson on reflection. Made for Year 6 but adaptable for Year 5.\n\nI don't take credit for the resources. The Powerpoint is the work of Rebecca Riley from another primary website full of resources. I have created the worksheets and the extension activity belongs to Selcuk Basak from the same alternative resources website.

These are the personalised bookmarks I created for my class last year. They still have the children's names and personalised messages on so that I could give you a flavour of what I wrote to them.
I simply laminted them and cut them out and the children absolutely loved them. Very cheap at the end of the year too.

These resources add to a synonym wall display. The 'boring&' word (such as &';good') is accompanied by more impressive synonyms (such as splendid, exceptional etc).
I bought a shoe holder with various pockets and stapled the boring word to the outside of the pocket and put the more interesting words inside.

Regular polygons posters to discuss with your pupils about the size of the sides, angles, number of vertices and how they are related to 3 dimensional shapes. Use these to guide your pupils on how to draw the shapes, practice on how to use the protractor and come up with 3 dimensional figures. Laminate for longer use. Hope you find it useful.

Please find enclosed within this resource the following:
The PowerPoint is extremely logically set out and explains how to plot and record co-ordinates on both a single and four quadrant grid.
The animations in the PowerPoint show how the children can plot the individual points on a grid and then move beyond that to join the points up - all of this is seamless for you, you need only press the space bar or forward arrow key to activate the animations.
Also included within the PowerPoint is a starter activity, clear explanations throughout, differentiated success criteria and count-down timer so the children are aware as to how long they have left to finish a task.
Thanks!
