Required Practicals Revision Mats (AQA Paper 2 Physics)

This resource is from my Required Practicals Revision series for AQA GCSE Combined and Separate Sciences.

This set of slides, revision mats, and question papers covers all of the AQA GCSE Paper 2 Physics Required Practicals.

I first starting producing these to help my students revise the required practicals scattered across the 2 year course. The Year 11s especially appreciated the reminders of practicals they may have last seen at the end of Year 9 and only dimly remembered.

Each practical is summarised with short notes and relevant diagrams, with leading questions meant to prompt recall and extend thinking, and linked to relevant BBC Bitesize and YouTube pages for further reading and videos.

The slides are designed to be delivered in class as part of a revision session, with exam practice questions being taught and completed alongside the lesson.

Correct answers are included in the slides, and the revision mats hidden at the end of each presentation are suitable for printing.

Question papers for modelling, as well as mark schemes for corrections, are also included as separate documents for easy printing.

This pack can be useful for most exam boards, but it is optimised for use with the AQA course.

This resource is available as a single subject pack, a set of Paper 1s or Paper 2s, or as part of the entire set all AQA required practicals (with editable originals).
