Research - helping children use evidence

The rapidly changing information environment in wider society is leading schools to focus on children’s skills in decision-making. As information and choices in society expand, citizens are faced with the challenge of processing and navigating conflicting arguments and confusing evidence. In this context, schools are increasingly seeking to equip young people with the thinking and analytic skills to help them evaluate information and analyse evidence.
