Roll & Solve (10 Maths Games) - Subtraction Within 100

Practise subtraction through play! Roll & Solve includes 10 different maths games in which children roll the die, solve subtraction calculations and colour their way through the game. The games can be played independently or with a friend. The 10 games practise different areas of subtraction within 100, from smaller numbers and whole tens to regrouping, halving and subtracting from 100.

Each game has its own colourful theme and six lanes, one for each number on the die. Each lane contains five calculations to solve.

How to play: Roll the die, choose a calculation in the lane that matches the number rolled and solve it. Colour in the calculation when you have found the correct answer. Continue until one lane is complete! Children can let the six lanes compete against one another or play with a friend using one game board each. To reuse the game boards, use counters instead of colouring them in.

You will need: Printed game boards, a standard six-sided die and coloured pencils or counters.
