Romeo and Juliet extended scheme

This scheme consists of 7 ppts for studying Romeo and Juliet
It is aimed at students who have read the text already and so understand the plot and characters - although you could read and use the tasks where they are relevant. It is useful if you have taught the play lower in school or asked students to read it before beginning the unit.
Each of the ppts has at least 3 tasks/thinking points (Bronze.silver. gold) - you could do them all with the class (taking 3 or more lessons), choose the one for your classes ability, or differentiate with individual groups/students in a mixed class.
The unit was planned for AQA but could be used for anyone studying Romeo and Juliet - it includes context, critical perspectives, thinking hard, extract analysis etc
