This specifically covers one one to 45 minute lesson on each of the following:

- delaying sex and intimacy without sex
- how the use of alcohol and drugs can lead to risky sexual behaviour
- Positive aspects and characteristics of healthy relationships
- STDs; transmission, risk and treatment
- The prevalence of STIs and treatment
- Facts about reproductive health and fertility
- Facts around pregnancy including miscarriage
- Sexual pressure and peer pressure
- Contraceptive choices, efficacy and possible risks
- Sexual and reproductive health advice and treatment
