A powerpoint slide to use at the end of a lesson/topic as a short plenary to emphasise key words. Students list the key words from the lesson/topic and calculate the total score for each word using the scrabble tiles displayed. They then compare their words/scores with their neighbour.

I really like this idea. It supports literacy and also gets students thinking about key vocabulary in maths lessons. I would also ask pupils to provide me with a definition of key words. Thank you for sharing.
