I made this resource to help scaffold the thinking of my students who struggle with visualising set notation involving unions and intersections, specifically my KS3 students.
It is designed to scaffold the thinking skills required to complete questions such as “shade in the region A’ U B” and led into questions based on finding P(A’ U B) in the next lesson.
